Decent seletion of players for tonight, which isn't a bad thing at all. I actually forgot about Morrison. Seeing as he was on the bench Saturday I imagine he'll start tonight.

From what Allardyce has said we might see Morrison on the pitch at some stage. I think he's going to give a lot of the subs from recent games a run out plus a couple of the kids, Lee, Burke etc

Kronic...how else are the bench/reserve players supposed to get match sharpness and push the current first choice players for places, if they don't play in games like these?

Every single club plays their reserve team in these fixtures. our reserve team should be able to beat Sheffield Utd, if they don't then they should be playing in League One.

I couldn't care less about beating Sheffield Utd or this cup to be honest...its a waste of time and energy. you'll get to the Semis and play Chelsea or Man City, who we just cannot beat. Every second level club that does well in this competition ends up nearly relegated..

Southampton, much more important...IMO
